Sewa Ashram

 We were privileged to visit Sewa Ashram again, this time in addition to a portrait painting project with the residents, we were also able to include some children from families at the Ashram and from a nearby slum in the portrait project and in a fun follow up activity.

Make Up Kids Painting Class

Due to massive rains and resulting electrical transformer failure, our final Kids' Class was re-scheduled for Saturday August 7. Here are some scenes from the class which is taking place while a Print-making Workshop is also going on and preparations are in process for a Reception and Exhibition of the July Art Classes immediately following the make-up class and Workshop! Whew! A busy place and time!

We completed the Horizon House mural Thursday, July 22. Next up: the girls' rooms where we will begin a project that each girls will design and implement.

Because of training for embroidery, the mural is progressing slower than we'd hoped. However, it is coming along nicely...
