We usually start with some form of name tag exercise in our creativity and art workshops. This helps make events more personal - especially with people we have not met before. It is also a safe activity to begin the journey of exploring our innate creativity - a journey some find intimidating. And it is an activity that presents, in a practical way, one of our foundational principles: "creativity is present in all of us, though it is expressed in uniquely individual ways."
